The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and long-term client relationships for hotel services.
Main Responsibilities
- Identifying and contacting potential clients (companies, travel agencies, event organizers, etc.).
- Presenting and selling hotel rooms, packages, conference halls, and other hotel services.
- Managing relationships with existing clients and building long-term partnerships.
- Preparing offers and contracts, and negotiating terms of cooperation.
- Coordinating with other departments (reception, marketing, kitchen, etc.) to ensure the delivery of sold services.
- Following up on bookings, events, and client requests.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Participating in trade fairs, events, and promotional activities.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
- Regular reporting on sales activities and results.
