Procurement / Logistics
The Procurement/Logistics role is responsible for managing supplies, stock, warehouse flow, transportation, reporting, and compliance to ensure efficient and uninterrupted hotel operations.
I. Supply and Procurement Management
- Plan and coordinate the supply of goods and operational materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate supply terms and conditions.
- Inspect and verify quality and quantity of received goods.
II. Warehouse and Inventory Management
- Supervise goods entry and exit in the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory recording and documentation.
- Conduct periodic stocktaking and inventory audits.
- Report shortages, damages, and inconsistencies.
III. Transportation Organization
- Organize transportation and distribution of goods.
- Ensure all transport documentation is compliant and complete.
- Coordinate with departments to guarantee on-time deliveries.
IV. Reporting and Control
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Monitor logistics costs and propose optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations.
