IT Specialist
The IT Specialist supports secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations by managing infrastructure, information security, technical support, and digital development across the organization.
I. IT Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and company network infrastructure.
- Ensure proper operation of servers, operating systems, and internal software applications.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues (troubleshooting).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
II. Information Security
- Apply data security policies and information protection measures.
- Perform periodic data backups to ensure business continuity.
- Protect systems from viruses, malware, and cyberattacks.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of company data.
III. Technical Support
- Provide technical support and helpdesk services to company staff.
- Train employees on effective use of systems and software.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
