Head of Finance, Administration, and HR
The job description, competencies, and responsibilities are defined as follows:
I. Financial Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all financial processes of the company.
- Oversee accounting, financial ledgers, and the preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with the fiscal legislation of the Republic of Kosovo (VAT, Withholding Tax, TAK).
- Monitor cash flow and the company's liquidity.
- Control the petty cash, daily/monthly reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Prepare the annual budget and periodic financial analyses.
- Authorize payments and oversee e-banking and banking relationships.
- Review and control financial contracts (rent, suppliers, maintenance, etc.).
II. Administrative Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee the company administrative documentation.
- Draft and control internal regulations and administrative policies.
- Oversee procurement processes and supplier relationships.
- Ensure the maintenance of company assets and inventory.
- Coordinate legal and contractual matters in collaboration with relevant parties.
III. Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Lead the staff recruitment and selection process.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and employee documentation.
- Oversee the calculation of salaries and benefits in accordance with current legislation.
- Ensure compliance with the Labor Law of the Republic of Kosovo.
- Manage performance evaluations and the professional development of staff.
- Handle disciplinary issues and internal conflicts in accordance with company policies.
